Product Specialist Korea
As a Product Specialist at Framer, you will play a vital role in driving sales, supporting customers and building relationships with customers. Your expertise will be crucial in communicating with customers, educating them on new features, and assisting with website building. You will contribute to the growth of key accounts by identifying improvement areas and suggesting strategies for increased engagement. With your product knowledge and interpersonal skills, you will provide exceptional support and guidance to our customers. For this role we’re open to a contractor located outside of Korea.
What you will do
Identify and grow PQL (Product Qualified Lead) accounts into Enterprise contracts by offering them support and help through a personal Slack channel. Learn about their current use of Framer, educate them on how to expand their use case, and assist with internal business cases.
Support the agency program by conducting demos and training. Help agencies build and win proof-of-concepts for their clients.
Support the inbound motion by ensuring the success of proof-of-concepts for larger accounts. Join discovery calls with Account Executives to address technical questions and run product demos for inbound customers as part of the sales cycle.
Conduct and coordinate onboarding and training sessions for existing customers in collaboration with our Customer Success team.
Assist in creating educational resources to optimize and enhance the effectiveness of training and onboarding processes.
Attend in-person events and client meetings to help build relationships in Korea.
Your background
Fluent in English and Korean
Strong knowledge of Framer and a design background, particularly in web design.
Commercial mindset with previous experience in customer service or sales as a plus.
Proven experience in a product specialist or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
Strong understanding of web design and development, with experience in building websites.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate customers.
Proactive mindset in identifying opportunities for account growth and suggesting strategies for increasing product usage and engagement.
